GoTreads XL are a unique, patented automotive tool designed to provide the traction needed to get vehicles going again when stuck in snow, mud, or sand.
The 4-panel version offers one extra panel compared to our regular version for situations when you need more length. GoTreads XL provided an extra 12″ of traction and 1″ of leveling. Sold in pairs.

For vehicles with larger tires (33″ diameter +) or those more often in extreme terrain conditions. The XL variant provides an extra foot of traction surface beneficial in these scenarios.
GoTreads are designed around one word – simple. It stores in small places. It can be positioned within seconds – no tools, assembly, or attaching to the tire necessary.
The smooth finish of the tool allows the snow and mud to shake off for easy cleaning. GoTreads are made out of flexible, high strength polypropylene copolymer with special additives to give this durable plastic even greater toughness. Yet with all this strength, it weighs only 7.2 pounds.
Use one GoTreads XL tool for each driving wheel on your vehicle for the best performance. Two GoTreads XL are typically enough for off-roading in a 4×4, placed under the two tires with the most spinning. Some of our customers prefer carrying 4 GoTreads XL when off-roading, especially in larger vehicles.
