We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Absolutely! Please reach out via chat or email and ask us anything. We love these products and are happy to share our experience and help you find the perfect tent, awning, or other overlanding gear.

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Delivery time is highly dependent on method of shipping and location, but most orders arrive within 10 days.

Yes! Most of the items on our store are eligible for free shipping. We offer free shipping on all eligible items if the order is $150 or more.
Rooftop tents and some larger/bulkier items will require additional surchages or LTL freight, which is not eligible for free shipping.
What is LTL, and what does it mean for me?
What is LTL, and what does it mean for me?
LTL stands for Less-Than-Truckload. Heavier and bulkier items such as rooftop tents can't be shipped through UPS, FedEx, or the Postal Service. These items are typically loaded on a pallet and shipped as part of the load on a semi-truck.
If your order ships via LTL, it will cost a little more and you will need to be present at the time of delivery so you can sign for and inspect the package.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 10 days from when we receive the item(s).
Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, as is common in the overlanding industry we do charge a restocking fee of 10% for all of our products. This ensures that we are able to fully inspect the product as well as cover the additional handling of bulky and heavy-duty items.
