Free Shipping on Most Items
Our aim is to keep shipping simple and low cost. Most of our products are eligible for simple flat rate shipping. Orders less than $150 cost $35 to ship, while orders $150 or more ship for free to the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional charge.
Heavy & Bulky Items
Some items will incur an additional charge based on the items weight or size. Any additional fees will be indicated on both the product page and during checkout.
LTL Freight
All rooftop tents, and some other items, require shipping on less-than-truckload freight. Exact rate will depend on the weight of the item and where it is being shipped. Please note that LTL typically requires coordinating a delivery window with the recipient.
Order Confirmation & Shipping
After an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received your order and will begin fulfilling it. If an item in your order happens to be on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you to discuss options.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once an order ships, we will add the tracking information to your account and send you an email. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please reach out to sales@rttents.com.
Receiving & Damages
It is very important that you inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED.
If your productive is defective or sustains damage during shipping, please contact sales@rttents.com within 24 hours. Please keep all original packaging materials.
Special Notes
Signing for a delivery without noting any damage, even if you could not inspect the package, is considered a legal statement that you have received the freight in good condition. At that point, RTTents and the freight company cannot be held liable for any damages. PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
